Our Preliminary Neurodivergence Screening is a comprehensive, multi-phase process designed to identify and understand the unique neurological profiles of individuals. Conducted over two in-depth sessions, followed by a personalised feedback session, this assessment ensures that each individual's distinct needs and strengths are recognised and addressed.
This comprehensive assessment screens for ADHD,
Autism, Dyslexia
and
Dyspraxia
1. Initial Assessment Session (1.5-2hrs)
The process begins with a detailed session where we gather information on various cognitive and behavioural aspects. This assessment helps identify potential neurodivergent traits by exploring areas such as attention, memory, sensory sensitivities, and social interactions. This initial session typically lasts between 1.5 to 2 hours, allowing for an in-depth understanding of the individual's experiences and concerns.

2. Follow-Up Assessment Session (1.5-2hrs)
In the second session, we delve deeper into the individual's personal history, daily functioning, and specific challenges. This session may involve additional assessments or discussions to further clarify any areas of concern identified in the initial session. This comprehensive approach ensures a nuanced understanding of how neurodivergent traits manifest in their everyday life, facilitating the identification of areas where support may be beneficial.

3. Personalised Feedback Session (1.5-2hrs)
After compiling and analysing the information from the previous sessions, we hold a feedback session with the individual. During this meeting, we discuss the findings, highlight identified strengths and challenges, and explore their implications for daily life. This collaborative approach ensures that the individual gains a clear understanding of their unique neurological profile and feels empowered to participate actively in planning their support strategies.

4. Detailed Report
Based on the comprehensive assessment, we provide you with a detailed report that you can utilise as you see fit. This report can serve as supporting documentation when seeking accommodations in educational or workplace settings, or when pursuing a formal diagnosis. You may choose to share it with your General Practitioner (GP) to facilitate a referral for an NHS diagnostic assessment, or present it to a private clinician for a direct evaluation.

"By following this thorough and individualised screening process, we aim to create a supportive environment that acknowledges and celebrates neurodiversity, fostering personal development and well-being."
This screening is not a formal diagnosis, but for many people, a diagnosis isn’t necessary—what truly matters is understanding yourself and getting the right support. By using recognised diagnostic tools and best-practice screening methods, this process helps identify neurodivergent traits without the long wait times or high costs associated with formal diagnosis.
While only a psychiatrist or specialist clinician can provide an official diagnosis, NHS waiting lists can be several years long, and private assessments are often prohibitively expensive and still involve lengthy wait times.
We developed this offering to bridge that gap—giving you clarity, self-awareness, and a comprehensive report that you can use in whatever way serves you best, whether that’s in school, work, daily life, or to support a future diagnostic pathway.
